25 mm Membrane Filters and Filter Cassettes

25mm cassettes are pre-assembled with filter and support pads ready for use. The cassette bodies are made of carbon charged polypropylene for anti-static properties. Pre-assembled cassettes are packaged 50 cassettes per box and include labels for writing sampling information such as date, start and stop times, flow rate, etc. Our gold-coated filters are available for German Norm VDI 3492 and for ISO-14966.

25mm diameter, 0.8 micron filters and support pads, for use with either a metal or plastic sampling head (cassette). These easy to clear, mixed cellulose ester filters are perfect for asbestos fiber counting with phase contrast microscopy analysis. They are packaged 100 filters per box.

3-piece filter cassette bodies with support pads, but without filters, are also available. The 25mm cassettes are made of conductive carbon charged polypropylene. They include color-coded end plugs and are packaged 50 cassettes per box.
